"If there were an option for zero stars, I'd choose it. Despite being a loyal customer with no claims, State Farm threatened to cancel my policy. Their lack of understanding about the homes they insure led to an erroneous charge related to my home's foundation. Communication is abysmal, with responses taking days, if not weeks. On top of it all, State Farm proves to be the most expensive option after shopping around. In April, I'll be transitioning to a company that prioritizes customer care."
